I started talking to jesse back and forth since November 2018 about our move to carson and needs and wants we wanted in our home. We had a slightly challenging property to sell that only some agents or brokers would be willing/able to take on. They took it, listed it and had a contract at full price in less than a week. Joanna listed my condo for sale in 2011. She was very professional and competent from the beginning and was happy to explain all aspects of the process. Joanna did everything in a timely manner, created attractive fliers and marketing materials, and held several open houses with a lender present to prequalify potential buyers. She also brought in a stager and got the condo ready for showing as part of her listing agreement. It was a short sale and Joanna spent much time communicating with the bank. We had two offers but the bank was unwilling to take them, so the house went into foreclosure. A year later it is still for sale, for about the same price as the original offer. Despite the difficulties with the bank, Joanna was always very thorough and worked hard for a positive outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an agent.
