Contest Rules:
Rules, Terms and Conditions for the Tickets Giveaway
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the giveaway organized by Core Home Team (“Organizer”) on social media platforms (“Giveaway”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.
1. Eligibility:
1. The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 21 years or older at the time of entry.
2. Other Real Estate Professionals, REALTOR(s), spouses, parents, and children of real estate professionals, Employees, representatives, or affiliates of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 3. CORE Home Team may deny winner prize if winner is found to be unethical or dishonest
2. Giveaway Period:
1. The Giveaway will begin on September 15, 2023 and end on October 20, 2023 at 5 PM MST (“Giveaway Period”).
2. All entries must be submitted within the Giveaway Period to be considered.
3. How to Enter:
1. To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill out the online form and follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway post on the specified social media platform.
2. Each participant may submit only one entry.
3. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
1. The prize available for the Giveaway will be described in the Giveaway post.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of similar value if necessary.
3. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
4. Any additional costs associated with the prize, such as taxes or shipping fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Winner Selection:
1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
2. The selection will take place within 1 hour after the Giveaway Period ends.
3. The Organizer will announce the winner publicly on the same social media platform used for the Giveaway.
4. The winner may be required to provide additional information (e.g., full name, email address, shipping address) to claim the prize.
5. If a selected winner fails to respond within 1 hour of the announcement or fails to provide the requested information, an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. Publicity:
1. By participating in the Giveaway, you grant the Organizer permission to use your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
7. Limitation of Liability:
