I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by Ana Contreras and Kate Swensen from Core Home Team with Homesmart. Their expertise and teamwork made our cross-country move to Northern Colorado a smooth and enjoyable experience. From the outset, they demonstrated a deep knowledge of the area. They took the time to understand our family's needs and preferences, not just in terms of finding a home, but also in selecting the right fit and community for us. Their insights into the various towns and neighborhoods in Northern Colorado were invaluable, helping us make an informed decision that aligned perfectly with this very big change. Throughout the home search process, Ana and Kate worked seamlessly as a team. They were incredibly responsive, promptly answering our questions and proactively looking for listings that aligned with our wish list. Their professionalism and dedication were evident, ensuring that we felt supported and informed at every step from contract to negotiations to inspection to closing. They not only helped us find the perfect home but also made us feel welcomed into our new community. Thank you both for your exceptional service and look forward to working with you in the future when we’re ready to get a little more acreage

What a great team to work with. We were moving to Colorado from Florida and Max worked tirelessly to help us find the right home. He spent weekends we would fly in taking us to dozens of houses. He checked out every home I sent him and would FaceTime us through the showing. He negotiated a three week close so we could make it to Colorado in time for our son's camp. He was always available and went above and beyond and we now live in the home of our dreams. Thanks Max and Kate for an incredible home buying experience.

Kate with Core Home Team is an amazing real estate agent. She is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and a great communicator. Her team is also incredibly, specifically Max. We have worked with her twice as buyers and sellers I would highly recommend her and her team!!
