Fogo do Chao Giveaway - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. SPONSOR:
 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by the CORE Home Team at HomeSmart ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Fogo do Chao or any affiliated entities.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM MST on May 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on June 9, 2025 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside of the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

3. ELIGIBILITY:
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of Colorado who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must have a valid email and phone number.

The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win:

Licensed real estate agents, brokers, or their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of their household.
Individuals who are currently in an active contract with a buyer’s agent or listing agent.
Employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
Participants must complete all required entry steps as outlined in the Giveaway announcement. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. By entering, participants agree to receive communications, including promotional offers and updates, from the CORE Home Team.

5. PRIZE:
One (1) winner will receive 1 $100 gift card.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about June 23 , 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
The winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. DISPUTES:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
